Terms and Conditions for Wedding Video Editing Services
1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order through this website, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein, which govern the relationship between the Client and WeddWonders, a wedding video editing service provider. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement.
2. Services Provided
WeddWonders agrees to provide video editing services based on the package selected by the Client. Services include, but are not limited to, editing highlight reels, feature films, documentary-style edits, and social media edits. Any additional services must be agreed upon in writing.
3. Footage Requirements
The Client is responsible for providing all necessary raw footage in a high-quality digital format (e.g., MP4, MOV). WeddWonders is not responsible for any delay or issue caused by incomplete, corrupted, or low-quality footage.
4. Revisions
The Client is entitled to 2 rounds of revisions after the first draft is delivered. Any additional revisions beyond this will incur extra charges. Revisions are limited to the changes specified in the editing instructions submitted during the order process. Changes to the original brief or major revisions may be charged as new edits.
5. Turnaround Time
The standard turnaround time for video editing is 7-14 business days, depending on the complexity of the project. Expedited service may be available for an additional fee. The turnaround time starts after WeddWonders receives all required footage, instructions, and materials.
6. Payment Terms
- First Order: The Client is required to pay 30% of the total project cost upfront. The remaining 70% is payable after the completion of the edit, before delivery of the final product.
- Subsequent Orders: From the second order onward, the Client must pay the full amount in advance before WeddWonders begins the editing process.
7. Music Licensing
If licensed music is required for the edit, the Client has two options:
- The Client can provide licensed music.
- Alternatively, WeddWonders can source licensed music, and the Client will bear the cost of the music license.
8. Delivery of Final Product
The final product will be delivered in the format specified by the Client (e.g., digital download, USB). WeddWonders will notify the Client when the final product is ready for download, along with any access links or passwords required.
9. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide clear and complete editing instructions, including any special requests or preferences, at the time of placing the order. WeddWonders is not responsible for dissatisfaction arising from unclear or incomplete instructions.
10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Client may cancel their order within 24 hours of submission for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur fees based on the amount of work completed. No refunds will be given once the final product is delivered.
11. Limitation of Liability
WeddWonders is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay beyond its control, including but not limited to technical failures, natural disasters, or internet disruptions. The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
12. Confidentiality
All footage and project details provided by the Client will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except for the purpose of completing the services.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any legitimate issue arising during the process, the Client can discuss the matter with WeddWonders. WeddWonders will be responsible for considering the Client’s concerns and working to find a solution.
